WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF
QUICKLY MOVING DATA
FROM IMAGING SATELLITES IN SPACE
BACK TO THE GROUND.
Analytical Space is building the in-orbit communication infrastructure that will enable real time knowledge of what is happening on the surface of our planet.
The Analytical Space network enables satellite connectivity with the ground, all of the time.
Increased connectivity means more data in the form of additional coverage or higher resolution imagery.
A constant connection to the ground means imagery can flow in real time, enabling new time-sensitive applications.
Currently: 70% of remote sensing satellites’ time is spent in communication black-out zones.
Currently: Tradeoffs must be made today between image quantity and image quality due to bandwidth constraints.
Currently: Gaps in ground infrastructure coverage lead to downlink delays as imaging satellites wait to physically fly over the next ground terminal to offload imagery.
Imaging satellites are generating data that is helping address some of the world’s most pressing problems, including:
FOOD AND WATER SECURITY
Imaging satellites inform our response to important questions like how do we feed a growing global population, how is our climate changing and what can we do to curb its effects, and how can we most effectively utilize the limited resources on our planet to ensure a better life for future generations?
A NEW KIND OF SOLUTION
THE ANALYTICAL SPACE NETWORK
DATA RELAY NETWORK
Analytical Space is building a data relay network with a goal of increasing average data offload rates and providing a continuous low-latency link to the ground
The impact of this network is an:
Increase in connectivity time
Increase in average downlink data rate
A 6x increase in imaging volume
Delivery of imagery to any location on the planet in real time
Analytical Space is building the in-orbit communication infrastructure that will enable a real time knowledge of what is happening on the surface of our planet
